CyberPath sessions are available to individuals aged 18 years or over. By booking a slot you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.

Booking a slot requires payment of a registration fee shown at checkout. For many sessions this is a discounted "trial" amount rather than the full program price. It reserves your seat and is adjusted against the full program price where applicable.

Payments are made manually via UPI and verified against the screenshot you upload. Your booking is pending until an admin confirms the payment; we reserve the right to decline a booking if payment cannot be verified, in which case any amount actually received will be refunded.

If you need to reschedule, contact us before the session starts and we'll do our best to move you to another open slot for the same offering, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not entitle you to an additional refund of the registration fee.

If we cancel or reschedule a session (for example due to low enrollment or instructor availability), you'll be offered the next available slot or a full refund of the amount you paid for that session, at your choice.

Sessions are designed to build real, applicable skills, but we do not guarantee certification exam results, job placement, promotions, or any other specific outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own preparation and effort.

Live sessions, slides, and lab materials are for personal, non-commercial learning use only. Recording, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing session content or materials without prior written permission is not permitted. We may remove a participant from a session for disruptive or abusive conduct without a refund.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price shown at the time you complete a booking is the price that applies to that booking. We currently accept payment via UPI only.

CyberPath and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a session, including any use of techniques or tools demonstrated during training. Security testing techniques taught in our sessions are for authorized, lawful, and educational use only. You are solely responsible for how you apply them.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site or booking of a session after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
